Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand that life happens, and unexpected emergencies may arise. As a general rule, we ask that you respect the need to give us advance notice of any changes or cancellations to your appointment so that we may accommodate other client requests. If you are redeeming a gift certificate and do not show up for your appointment, the value of your gift certificate will be reduced by 50%.
